These courses and seminars help to leave the stress of everyday life behind, to be able to experience the beauty of nature and to learn the basics of living, orienting oneself and surviving. All this with a little adventure and a lot of fun.

Sven Schulz (nickname: Flosse) served a total of 21 years in the German Military in various assignments in the army and navy and took part in several foreign missions.

In 2016, he founded "X-Treme Survival & Adventure" and conducted the first courses in Sweden.

Known from TV is the unique "Hell Camp", where the participants can get to know their limits. Companies and organizations sometimes book this event to assess their applicants’ potential.

This was followed by a series of inquiries for various outdoor events, product tests, team building and active holidays with camping.

Through long-standing friendships and cooperations, H.E.A.T. - Academy Verwaltung-GmbH took over the management of X-Treme in 2024 and expanded into the USA, among other places.

The portfolio includes:

SURVIVAL & VACATION Sweden

Ideal alone, for groups or families
Overcoming obstacles (gorges, water crossing, using ropes)
Orientation and navigation with natural and makeshift means
Feeding oneself from nature (Promise: everyone gets full)
Overnight stays in the base camp (trapper hut, parachute tent) and various outdoor camps
Full board
Daily survival courses at various locations (e.g. climbing, abseiling, canoeing, archery, setting up camp, cooking outdoors and much more)

Duration: 7 days (including 2 days arrival and departure)

Price per participant: 2100,- € plus VAT Dates>>>

This course can be extended as desired. The costs will then be adjusted by €250 plus VAT per day.

For groups of 4 or more people we offer a 10% discount.

If you use our shuttle for airport transfer (Stockholm - Undrom) we charge 300,- € plus VAT per person.

Fisherman's Week Sweden

A week in the land of lakes and rivers
Daily changing fishing spots!
